The hotel's main advantage is its location. Medina and the beach are nearby. Everything else is so-so. All the furniture and plumbing look like they were made in the middle of the last century. The breakfasts don't correspond to 4 stars at all. Instant coffee... Everything that the guests ate for breakfast is no longer replenished. If you come a little later, there will be almost no choice. So the 4 stars of this hotel are from a past life.

Hôtel bien de l'extérieur, literie confortable, avis positif terminé Hôtel très vieux, attention si vous êtes à l'étage pas d'ascenseur c'est débrouillé vous,Ménage pas top, tv pratiquement non regardable, vous le signalez il se déplace pour vous dire bah le satellite fonctionne, ha bon! Et que dire de la salle de bain du siècle dernier , baignoire éclats d'émail, Rouillé,sale , on avait déjà demandé de changer de chambre vu l'état de la baignoire où tout le fond était éclaté. A fuir

The hotel looks very nice, but iin practice it is very poorly taken care of. Our room had lot of areas that were in bad condition and/or poorly maintained during our visit : - WC seat cover was broken - hand wash sink was broken - electric connector in the bathroom was broken and hanging from the wires. The cover of the other elecrical connector in the bathroom was missing. - bath tub drain pipe was not working: all bath water stayed in the bath tub - TV was not working - some of the electric outlets in the room were not working - there was no air- conditioning or ventilation in the room - the room was very humid

Stay away from this place. And even further away. Don't be fooled by the quite nice look outside. Rude staff in the restaurant. Dirty and cold room. I was really afraid not to catch some sh*t because of the dirt. It's crying for renovation. Very loud.

Les crevettes sautées à l’ail et au persil était en fait des crevettes en boîte. Pour Essaouira c’est une honte.
Les beignets de calamars nous ont été servis froids nous avons demandé à ce qu’ils les refassent, ils les ont simplement réchauffés au micro-ondes.
