The hotel's main advantage is its location. Medina and the beach are nearby. Everything else is so-so. All the furniture and plumbing look like they were made in the middle of the last century. The breakfasts don't correspond to 4 stars at all. Instant coffee... Everything that the guests ate for breakfast is no longer replenished. If you come a little later, there will be almost no choice. So the 4 stars of this hotel are from a past life.

Même pour une nuit, l’hotel est à fuir ! On nous a logé dans un bungalow près de la piscine : la chambre était sale, on a écrasé un cafard, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de déco, la lunette des WC était cassée ainsi que le dévidoir de papier, le robinet du lavabo ne tenait pas et le pomeau de douche cassé, on s'est également posé la question si les taies d’oreiller avait été changées. Bref hotel à éviter même si il est bien placé.

De ligging van het hotel is goed. Vlakbij de toegangspoort naar de medina en dichtbij het strand. Verder is het vergane glorie en de hotelkamer (de vloer) was niet echt schoon. De wifi liet ook te wensen over. Op de kamer was geen airco. Het ontbijt is redelijk. Een volgende keer in Essaouira zouden wij een ander hotel kiezen.

Assolutamente inaccettabile! Questo presunto hotel a 4 stelle non si avvicina nemmeno lontanamente agli standard minimi di una pensione da una stella. Definirlo "fatiscente" è un eufemismo: l'intera struttura versa in uno stato di abbandono deprimente. L'aspetto più sconcertante, tuttavia, è il livello di igiene e pulizia, che definire inaccettabile è un complimento. Sporcizia incrostata, polvere ovunque e una sensazione generale di trascuratezza pervadono ogni angolo. La gestione della biancheria da bagno rasenta l'assurdo. Ho dovuto sollecitare il personale almeno quattro volte nel corso della giornata per ricevere degli asciugamani, e ogni mia richiesta è stata puntualmente ignorata fino all'esasperazione. We visited this place as part of a tour, and we were told it was a 4 star, self rated establishment. Not even close! 2 stars at best. Mould on the shower curtains, no extra pillows, power connections more or less falling out the walls, noise from rooms in same corridor echoes loudly. Very old and tired hotel in need of a lot of TLC. I'm not sure if there is an elevator, if there isn't, and unless you get a ground floor room, lots of stairs. Given the location, it could be a great hotel. Rooms are large, and in summer, you will need air-conditioning, which this establishment does not have. Outside noise and security issues prohibit you from opening your balcony door when on the ground floor.

En tour organisé chambre 58. Chambre médiocre. Poignée de la salle de bain nous reste dans les mains. Moisissures visibles sur le rideau de douche. Déjeuner buffet les employés ont de la difficulté à vous regarder et ont l’air bête et ne semble pas heureux d’y travailler. Aucun fruit au déjeuner, rien de chaud pas d’œuf selon notre choix, pas de grille pain…. Chambre humide. Dommage car l’hôtel est sublime le décor est impressionnant et l’emplacement face a la place et à côté de la vieille ville. Cet hôtel nécessite une rafraîchissement des chambres important.
